In 'The Presidio' (1988), detective Jay Austin (Mark Harmon) team ups with his old enemy Lt. Col. Caldwell (Connery) to investigate a murder that has been committed on a San Francisco military base. Caldwell's daughter (Meg Ryan) enjoys the antagonism between the two, and causes trouble by flirting with Austin. But all personal tensions must be put aside when the two cops realise the killing was part of a larger conspiracy...
