'Tom's Rhinoplasty' sees Mr Garrison replaced by attractive substitute teacher Miss Ellen when he pays a visit to Tom's Rhinosplasty. It being Valentine's Day, the boys all fall for Miss Ellen, and Wendy soon senses that she has a rival for Stan's affections.
