Item description
Billy Crudup, Kate Hudson and Patrick Fugit star in this US comedy drama written and directed by Cameron Crowe. In 1973, 15-year-old high school student and aspiring journalist William Miller (Fugit) is hired to write a story about Stillwater, an up-and-coming rock band, for Rolling Stone magazine. He joins the band on tour, makes friends with lead guitarist Russell Hammond (Crudup) and groupie Penny Lane (Hudson) as he witnesses classic 1970s rock excesses. But with Rolling Stone demanding a story that could very well cause him to betray his new-found friends, his overprotective mother (Frances McDormand) keeping a regular check on him, and tensions within the band reaching breaking point, William becomes increasingly conflicted about his role as a music journalist. Please note this DVD is region 2 and will only work in the following regions Japan, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East (including Egypt) and Greenland, Unless you have a multi-regional DVD Player.
