Meanwhile Lord Rutledge (Rupert Everett), a jewel thief who uses an Orangutan called Dunston as his accomplice, has just checked in. When Dunston manages to get lost in the hotel and is befriended by the manager's ten-year-old son, Kyle, mayhem and chaos ensue.
