Qu-SB is a faderless design with the power of 32 mono 3 stereo DSP channels, plus 4FX units with their own dedicated return, resulting in a total of 46 processing channels. 4 Mono and 3 stereo auxiliaries, 2 stereo subgroup and 2 stereo matrix mix busses are available. Full remote control thru TCP/IP or simple control thru a foot or wall switch. A dSNAKE remote audio port allows connection of AB AR AudioRacks, as well the ME personal monitor system. This is in addition to 16 XLR mic inputs and 3 Stereo TRS inputs. 16 Channels of automatic mic mixing, 3 user levels, USB multi-track audio and a customizable "Kiosk" touchscreen mode make the QU-SB a powerful mixer. The mixer shall provide the facility to save 100 scenes of the settings of the mixing system and these scenes shall be nameable via the application software. A comprehensive table of Scene Safes shall be provided to prevent selected items from being changed from their state when the safe was enabled. A comprehensive scene filter shall be provided per scene to Allow / Block each parameter saved in a scene from being changed as that scene is recalled. Warranty Product Warranties All new products have Full Manufacturer's Warranty. Unless specificly stated, Refurbished products might carry Full Manufacturer's Warranty or only a limited 30-90 days Warranty (please ask before you buy). Unless specificly stated, used products carry no Warranty but can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns / Exchanges Refunds 30-Days Return Guarantee 1. Returning/Exchanging If your product arrives defective or damaged, try refusing delivery from the Carrier. That will allow us to ship a replacement unit quickly. If refusing delivery is not possible, contact us and we will send you instructions for the return/exchange. Please do not return a product until you receive the Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions from us, as the product might end up lost if returned without an RA#. In such case no refund will be possible. 2. Time allowed for Returns If you need to return a product for any reason, you can do so but you have to report the issue and request the return within 7 days of receipt and the return has to be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment to you. After 30 days you will need to contact the Manufacturer directly for Warranty Repair. 3. Condition of Returns In order to make a return, the product must be in NEW condition, with the ORIGINAL BOX, all the Accessories, Paperwork and Packing Materials intact, exactly as you received it. 4. Shipping Handling Costs If the return is due to our error, we will pick up the product at our expense. If the return is for any reason other than a fault of our Company, the actual shipping and handling costs (both ways) will be your responsibility. If you do not like a product or no longer need it, this is not considered our fault and we will not issue a shipping label for the return. Restocking Fees If the return is due to our error, the product was damaged in transit or DOA (Dead On Arrival), no restocking fee will apply and we will refund 100% of the item's price.
