Cozzini Industrial Short Dropper Crescent Blades Cutting Meat ?
6-3/8"
This is good stuff. there are about 23 blades here. We got these from major food manufacuer overstock sale. They were in the box marked Short Dropper Blades. I do not know what these are for. We have other blades from the company that cut pork. The hand written ones that say Cozinni are waxed dipped. The others are not. YOu will need to re-sharpened these, but at this price you can afford to. I took various pictures of the sizes. These are strange shape, so hard to measure. Looks like 6-1/4 and 6-3-4" at the longest points.
These are hard to find. You better get this one now.
