Kaulbach. - [St. Petersburg: Typography of P.P. Soykin, 1902]. - 148, [4] p.: ill.; 29x22.3 cm. Mikhail Mikhailovich Dostoevsky (1820-1864) was a Russian writer and the older brother of F.M. Dostoevsky. He left numerous translations of European classics. Wilhelm von Kaulbach (1805-1874) was an artist and one of the most significant representatives of German historical painting. He created illustrations for classical works of world literature. Bound in a knee-length illustrated binding of the era, produced in the E. Winkler bookbinding factory.
