This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. I do not know the history of it. This is a sealed bag of new washers marked, "Qty 70". I did not open the bag to check the quantity. It is tagged, "FN" with no aircraft type indicated. These washers measure about 3/16" OD x 1/8" ID. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
