The complete 2 volume brown clothbound hardcover set with black lettering-no dustjacket, "The United States of America", by David Saville Muzzey, and published by Ginn and Company in 1922-1924.
Vol. I-"Through the Civil War" covers U.S. history from the Colonial period through the end of the Civil War. It is 621 pages long.
Vol. II-"From the Civil War" covers U.S. history from Reconstruction through 1921. It is 803 pages long.
They are in Fair to Good Condition with faded spine lettering, name and address on inside covers, water stain on cover of Volume II, lightly tan pages, minor scuffs on spines, color maps in each book, and tight bindings.
