PAINTING IS DOUBLE MATTED AND FRAMED WITH ORIGINAL PROVENANCE PAPERWORK ON THE BACK OF PAINTING. Esmeraldo Abir Falk, a plastic artist, known as Aldo Abir, was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, on April 8, 1931 and died on April 21, 2003. Since he was a child, he showed an interest in different designs and things. On April 8, 1973, the day of his birthday, he heard on the radio about the death of Pablo Picasso, at this moment he was overwhelmed by the urge to paint. When selling two of the first works, he decided to take painting classes with the best painter in Uruguay. In showing some of his works to artists such as Sartbout, Vernazza, Curto, Catelani, Di Segni, Studer, Tejera, Paez Vilaro, almost all were unanimous: "Artist is born and painter is made". The artist is free to follow his own technique and his own way. The painter learns a technique and continues painting the same. Just as he learned English by watching American films since he was 3 years old, he decided to learn by buying the catalogs and observing paintings by various artists. It began with abstracts and presented to all of us with works in different techniques, however, always stood out for his love to the nature that he knew through trips by several Countries.
