Item description
This vintage paperback book titled "One Wide River to Cross" by Barbara and Ed Emberley is a delightful addition to any children's library. The book was printed by Scholastic in 1968 and is a fist edition. The story follows a family of animals as they make their way to Noah's Ark during a great flood.
The book is beautifully illustrated and perfect for children aged 4-8. The special attributes of the book include its vintage status and the fact that it was printed in the United States. It is a must-have for anyone who loves classic children's literature. There is a name in marker on the top of one of the early inner pages, "Virgen", whom I believe was the teacher for the children back in the 1970's and this was her book which she used to teach the children.
