Item description
This vintage Queen Anne Dundee Thistle bone china cup and saucer features a delicate floral pattern of purple and pink thistles with green leaves on a white background and gold trim on the edges. The cup has a graceful shape and a comfortable handle, while the saucer has a scalloped rim. It was made in England by Queen Anne, a brand of Shore and Coggins Ltd., in the 1950s. The cup and saucer bear the printed mark with the Queen Anne trade name curved above a crown and Fine Bone China, England below the crown.
The set is in great condition with some wear present on the gold trim. The saucer has a diameter of 5.5 inches (13.97 cm), while the cup is 2.75 inches (6.99 cm) tall and 3.5 inches (8.89 cm) in diameter.
