Published in cooperation with the Hans Christian Andersen Museum in Odense.
Charming and delightfully illustrated throughout in black-and-white enhanced with soft color, by the Denmark artist Kai C.
Kai's fairy tale depictions encourage one's inner smile.
The two volumes together present sixteen classic fairy tales including 'The Little Mermaid', 'Red Shoes', 'Dad's Always Right', and The Ugly Duckling.
Two Volume Set: Slight rubbing to the corner tips, upper and lower spine edges and intermittently to the shelf-edges, else very good plus in green waxed boards with white titles to the spine, white and black titles and color illustration to the front covers; no dust jacket.
Quartos; 96 pages for each volume.
