Thuja plicata 'Virescens' 16 - 24 Inches Tall
Virescens is attractive narrow evergreen tree with dark green foliage. And, it holds its color throughout the year without bronzing in the winter. Grows rapidly to 30-35 foot tall and 9-12 feet wide. It has no serious disease or insect problems which makes it a great alternative to Leyland Cypress. Makes a great screen, windbreak, hedge, or plant in groups or as a accent. Grows in full sun or part shade. Intolerant to the dry conditions of the desert Southwest.
USDA zones 5-8.
