What an apt name! The word "Allusion".. not to be confused with Illusion, is defined as a passing or casual reference to something.. like the word 'alluded', it is when something is said to bring something to MIND, without directly expressing it. This pin is an ALLUSION of a flower bloom. It has a series of unique, open work petals with jagged frames in two rows that are also slightly pinwheeled in their position. The center of the bloom is a dome of aurora borealis round, chaton cut rhinestones! It is a open and airy flower.. it alludes to the beauty of a single flower bloom found in nature.. thus "ALLUSION". Very lovely!
