This is a vintage GRANDMAS ARE KEPT FOREVER IN THE HEART, heart shaped rhinestone and enamel decorated vintage PIN!
It is heart shaped and domed, with the words on the front and enamel colored flower blooms with rhinestone centers around the words!
There is also a little Lady Bug on the left side!
