If you require assistance with returning or exchanging your order, our team is available to provide support. We provide options for returns or exchanges within a 30-day period (applicable in the USA) from the purchase date. You may opt to return a product to exchange for an item of equivalent value, or exchange a minifig for another, whether they are comparable or not. Alternatively, a refund to your original payment method can also be arranged.

Kindly take note of the following conditions regarding returns:

MilitaryForces building kits must be unopened and in good condition.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all the original parts and pieces.
MilitaryForces Merchandise must not show any visible signs of wear or use.
Shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), the appropriate exchange or refund will be processed within 7 business days.
