Gate-fold cover looks good, light scuffing, a few discoloration spots and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-gate has a few discoloration spots and some wear at center fold; bottom edges of attached book have some curling. Inner-sleeve is poly-lined paper. Spine is easy-to-read with wear. Minor shelf-wear along top-edge, more wear along bottom-edge with split near center. Some wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
