Item description
Brand new factory sealed vhs tape is a limited edition.
Although it copied episodes of the 'Outer Limits' and/or 'Cyborg 2097' (1966), the TERMINATOR did it all right and was the exciting hit that made Arnold Schwarzenegger a real star. The violent nonstop action hit from Hemdale has itself been copied many times since. Linda Hamilton co-stars as Sarah Connor, the woman that the Terminator from the future has been sent to kill.
Arnold kills street punks, lots of cops at a police station, and several wrong women. With Michael Biehn, Paul Winfield, Lance Henricksen, Bill Paxton, and Dick Miller as a gun shop owner. The FX are by Stan Winston and the robot animation is by Ernie Farino.
In Europe there was an Italian ripoff called 'Terminator II' (1989) directed by Bruno Mattei, but the real 'Terminator 2' wasn't until 1991.
