This SCANPAN Coppernox 33 x 24 x 6cm (external 42 x 26 x 10cm) roasting pan features a cast stainless steel handle with a soft touch and comfortable silicone inserts and an internal mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel finish. The roasting pan is suitable for all energy sources, except induction. It is oven safe to 220C. Do NOT use excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, mix 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda with water to create a paste.
