It is signed: K.MASKELL and is painted on canvas. It is signed in the lower right. This marine painting depicts a large three masted schooner at sea, with choppy seas and full sails. She is alone at sea, with clear skies and nothing on the horizon line. This painting is framed, with a interior linen covered lining frame. This painting is hand-mounted to a canvas stretcher. The canvas of this painting shows good and even aging, but I cannot tell when it was painted. In overall good condition, but from storage there appears to be a indentation to the canvas on the lower mid-right area. Please see photographs.
