Some have some little knicks and imperfections in the plastic. There are also some pairs in which the plastic is a little thinner on one or both pods than normal. This won't affect installation or performance, and you'd never know / will forget once installed. The remaining images are stock images for illustration purposes. Speakers are not included...you must supply your own 6.5" or 6.75" speakers if you have a standard system, or your own 6.5" or 6.75" Component speakers (with separate tweeters) if you have the Alpine premium system.
