Popeye is wearing his clean black shirt with blue trim, red collar, blue pants with yellow belt and white buckle, top white and black sailor hat with red plush hair sticking out on right side, brown fuzzy shoe feet, yellow rubber pipe with white plush sticking out, rubber face and arms and hands (faded ink spot on top of right ear and two on back of right arm), hang tag attach to left side, and measures around 18-19 inches long.
