Poopdeck Pappy is wearing his clean royal blue and red outfit with matching sailor hat, brown fuzzy shoe feet, white beard, brown rubber pipe with white plush sticking out, rubber face, arms, ears and hands, hang tag attach to left side, and measures around 18-19 inches long.
