Item description

This depicts the regulars returning to Earth aboard a commandeered Klingon Bird of Prey, while Earth is under siege from an alien space probe. To save Earth, Kirk and crew travel back in time to the 20th Century to kidnap two humpback whales. This action takes place in San Francisco and the sceness of Kirk, Spock, and others adjusting to modern times are hilarious.
Catherine Hicks ('7th Heaven' TV series) appears as a whale conservationist. Directed by Leonard Nimoy, and a family film in the truest sense, with an ecology message to boot.
