Measuring from under the armpit to under the other armpit straight across is about 19 inches. Measuring about where the waist would be straight across is about 17 1/4 inches. Measuring from the collar seam down the back is about 27 1/4 inches. Measuring from the top of the sleeve down the arm to the wrist is about 23 inches. This top has a wrist cuff please see pictures.
