After 14 days, the item falls under the manufactures warranty and you must contact the manufacture for repair/replacement. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to send the item back to Rex Sons RV's. Once Rexandsonsrvs.com receives the defective item, Rex Sons RV's will promptly ship out a replacement at no charge to you. If you wish to do a cross ship then you must place a new order for the same item and contact Rexandsonsrvs.com for a return shipping label. Upon receiving the item will inspect the item and credit your credit card accordingly. We reserve the right to determine if an item is defective or not. All returns require authorization from Rex Sons RV's. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (MRA) written on the outside of the package.
