New vacuum wastegate actuator for VW Golf Jetta Beetle TDI 1.9 ALH Diesel 1999 – 2005 with Garrett VNT turbocharger. (Garrett GT1749V, VNT-15 and VNT-17 turbochargers). Nickel plated steel for long life (unlike the oem part). Includes heat shield as shown in pictures below. Repleace part number 434855-0015, 434855-0004, 038253019C and 713673. Actuators can stick or fail, often because of corrosion. VNT vanes will not adjust properly if the actuator malfunctions, causing limp mode, low power, check engine lights, smoke, and low fuel mileage. Replacing the actuator is a good alternative to buying a new turbocharger. Buyer pays $5.75 shipping within the USA. Shipping cost to Canada is $10.00. Paypal accepted.
