Large 12 1/2" diameter drum produces a 9x39" inch batt. Brush attachment, doffer and instruction manual included. Our best manual carder, available in all types of cloth. We have 4 different tpi (teeth per inch) cloth types to chose from for carding any type of fleece, wool, silk, cotton, and more. fine (120tpi), medium (90tpi), coarse(72tpi),and extra coarse (54tpi). Frame is built with solid oak and has a clear finish. it is 24" long 12 1/2" wide and total height is 15" and weighs 15 pounds. Easy to reach adjustment knobs that allow you to easily and precisely adjust the distance between the drums. It has a tray under the large drum that slides out which will catch all and any debris. 5 to 1 ratio between drums. Has a poly belt for a smooth and quiet operation. Maintenance free. Comes completely assembled and ready to card. Additional drums can be purchased which allow you to card all types of fleece and wool on one Carder. The drums can be easily switched out, a screwdriver is the only tool required.
