This is the February-April 1960 issue of "The Little Rascals" comic book. Issue: 1079.
Condition is probably VG+ (very good +). I'm uneducated in the grading of comic books so I don't know the grading system used for them. Photos to show. It is complete with no dog-eared pages. It has no inside writing or page tears. The cover has light edge wear.
