What happened to the photo editor? there is no way to crop, or edit photos. is this permanent?

Am wondering if the absence of the photo editor is a temporary glitch or if it is permanently gone? If Bonanza has removed it, does anyone know what the name of the editor was to see if the app can be purchased separately? I have many listings...
