I want to charge sales tax. i know where to set that up. will i be notified before a sale closes so i can set tax for the buyers specific state?

Under Tax Rules it only gives option to set taxes for 1 state. How can I choose a state, when I don't know which state my buyer will reside in? At what point do I add taxes to my transaction. It has to be before the customer sees final sale amount...

How do i move a listing from "reserved" to "active"? batch editor goes around in circles.

I followed the links starting with "Batch Editor" and am able to pull up my completed Listing. But when I save the updated listing I am returned to the "edit" page. How does the item get actively listed and out of this endless reserved/edit loop?
