Items are not imported from ebay.

There are more than 1000 items on eBay. I do import from eBay. The [URL removed] 38 unique listings were found; 0 unique listings were imported; 38 unique listings were not imported. Why are items not imported?

Why are some items i have listed become reserved?

They don't show up; the little dot is gray. To my knowledge, I have never marked them reserved - I can't even imagine why I would! I don't want them to be reserved. How can I undo this "reserved" status?

Can we change our booth background photo?

UPDATED - Stripe issues to watch

UPDATE to this thread... I turned off Stripe to give Bonanza time to get the kinks worked out. I turned it back on 2 weeks ago and have zero issues as noted before. Now I have about half of my orders paid through Stripe and have no issues at all...

Items duplicated in my booth.

When I look at my booth there are sometimes an item listed twice. I only have 1 of them so why are they showing up 2 times. With hundreds of items this is hard to go through and check for duplicates.
