“We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee along with a 14-day return policy. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer free return shipping. For all new product returns, please ensure they are unused. Returns of other products are accepted within 14 days of purchase, with the buyer responsible for return shipping costs. In cases unrelated to item defects, a 20% restocking fee applies to all cancellations and returns, provided the items are returned in their original, undamaged condition. Please note that electronics, jewelry, watches, and similar items damaged by the customer after receipt cannot be returned. Additionally, we will deduct shipping costs from returns that are not the seller’s responsibility. All returns must be pre-approved by the seller. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for cosmetics, fragrances, and other health and beauty products, as well as lingerie, bathing suits, and bedding. Foreign customs fees and taxes are the buyer’s sole responsibility and are not considered valid reasons for returns.”
