Shipping policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping worldwide.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We use international economy shipping with a delivery time of 10 – 15 days.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. eulique shop is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
- Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
- Due to carrier restrictions, we do not accept P.O. boxes as delivery addresses.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
- We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return if the return is not due to product quality issues.

Non-Defective Returns
• If you decide to return an item that is not defective or damaged, we will gladly accept it; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge for the return shipment.

Exceptions

Exchanges
• For the quickest service, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
• Customers shipping to the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to the item being in the same condition as received.
