Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Returns are only accepted when there has been error on my end. Items are described as accurately as I can, I try very hard to accurately describe all of my items, questions are always welcome. However, If I miss something in my description but it is visible in the picture it is considered described. The item must be returned in the condition in which is was shipped to you by me. I strongly suggest you protect the item and provide appropriate coverage while being shipped. If an item is damaged during a return, that responsibility is the buyers. I will not accept returns for Buyers Remorse. Please contact me prior to sending any item back. If you choose not to make contact first, your return may not be accepted. SHOES OR CLOTHING CANNOT BE WORN AT ALL in order to be returned, NO EXCEPTION. There is a 20% restock fee for returns that are not damaged during shipping. Damage during shipping will follow procedures with claims to the shipping company when applicable.
