Of course we also offer the imported mugs and steins like other printers
I do realize that photo mugs are often Personalized Photo Gifts for someone special so my service is just as personalized and I NEVER use a POD service as all printing is done in-house personally by me.

Shipping policy
Shipping policy:
All products are shipped FOB NH. What this means is once your purchase leaves our facility, you assume full ownership of your purchase from the point of courier pickup origin through transit route through to your destination.
We do this because we are located in NH and you, our customer, in essence are doing doing business and making a purchase in NH. We are not making in your state or in any other state except NH. Thus your purchase and any applicable sales tax is governed by rules set forth by NH.
All shipments are insured and in the rare event of a lost or damaged package we will, as a courtesy, assist you from start to finish in filing claims as needed to recover for damaged or lost purchases. You, as the buyer are obligated to provide photos and other required documents to us within 5 days of delivery for us to assist with the recovery.
As a precautionary measure when ordering anything potentially breakable such as ceramic tiles or coffee mugs, it is always a good idea to take some pictures of the package before opening. This especially true if the package shows any signs of rough handling such as damaged corners or tares to the outer mailing box. At least one photo must legibly show the shipping label.
Additional photos of the unpacking is also highly recommended.

In the event your mug arrives damaged, you must comply with the steps outlined in the shipping policy for rapid replacement.
