Returns are accepted. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase email me as soon as possible to set up the return. In your email simply include detailed photos to show item is being returned in same condition as it was originally purchased in. If you’re returning clothing for instance and the garments have been worn they need to be also washed. I provide detailed photos in listing to protect my buyers so they know they’re getting exactly what’s shown in photos so the same works both ways so we are both protected and there are no disagreements on what was sent to either party. I will accept returns also within 30 days after item is delivered. Buyer pays return shipping.
If an item is damaged during shipping, I will refund the purchase price after I receive proof it was damaged. I take great care in ensuring items are shipped in quality shipping materials such as box or bubble mail etc to protect against impact. If item is being returned to me however and it is damaged due to improper packaging for instance depending on how much of the item was damaged will affect the size of your refund. If you didn’t properly package item and shipped it to me and the entire item becomes affected your entire refund may be affected as well so it is very important you take great care in returning items back to me in same condition as it was originally sent to you as it wouldn’t be fair for me to refund an item completely that was damaged due to how the item was packaged before shipping it back to me. For instance if an item was shipped to you in a box but you shipped it back to me in a bag and it becomes damaged etc or if you shipped it back in a box but never bubble wrapped item before placing it in the box…a lot of times people assume if it’s in a box it’s safe and decide not to wrap it in bubble or any kind of padding despite that boxes can be crushed. An extra layer under the box goes a long way in protecting item.
I do not accept returns on under garments, for example panties/underwear etc. Please read measurements carefully and message me before ordering to ensure all details match what you need. This is for your safety and that of other customers. Ordering without doing so first also inconveniences both myself and other customers. If you decide to order a garment for example without messaging me because you assumed the measurements match yours and then decide to wear the garment which can’t be returned how am I then expected to refund you if you wore an undergarment which you ordered by mistake thinking all measurements are accurate for you? Even if you think all aspects are correct you should still contact me before placing your order so I can go over every detail with you. This helps both of us in ensuring the order is 100% accurate.
