Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Will ship within 1 business day if otherwise not specified

If I receive your payment before 1 pm (Pacific time) like enough I will ship the same day.

I ship mostly with USPS 1st Class or Priority mail.

Usually it USPS Post Service works really fast (from 1-2 till 3-5 days), but due to weather conditions or Holiday rush delivery time may vary.

Heavy items will be offered with FedEx Ground/Home or USPS Priority shipping mostly.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Full refund available within 30 days unless otherwise specified.and only after return is completed and I am received the item back in the same condition it bought. If item returned in different condition like missing some details, damaged or has some signs of wear restocking fee will apply.

Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the item as soon as possible.
Most of parts I sell are used, but in great condition on the moment of purchase. But some malfunctions may occur during continuous use. I can’t give longterm warranty on used parts.
If you change your mind or don’t need the item anymore you are responsible to pay return shipping. After receiving the item back I will send you a refund. Transportation costs are not refundable. Restocking fee may apply till 20%.
Most of the parts can be sensitive to inaccurate attitude during shipping, unfortunately some accidents may happen.
If the part is not working you must contact with me in 14 days. You need to explain what exactly happened and request a return and you will receive a prepaid shipping label. After receiving the item back I will send you a refund.
If you’ve received a damaged item, please contact me ASAP. I am working hard to prevent that kind of situations, but sometimes accidentally it happens. To get full refund as soon as possible you must provide clear pictures as a proof of “damaged in transit”. I need as much and clear pictures as possible to start a claim with the carrier. In this case you will receive a refund with no back shipping.
Most of the parts require specific knowledge or skills to be installed properly. If you don’t have skills or knowledge, you must ask qualified HVAC technician to install. I am not liable for any damages or failures as a result of improper installation.
