Welcome to the shop! For any items currently pre-printed and sitting on my shelves, I aim to pack and ship them out to you ASAP. Please note that custom requests and made-to-order creations require dedicated time to print, clean up, and finish to standard, so they will take a bit longer to dispatch. Processing windows may also stretch slightly during high-volume seasons. However, I make it a strict rule to always maintain open communication and will message you immediately if any significant or unexpected delays pop up with your order. Return policy
Replacement product available for DOAsI take an immense amount of pride in my work, and my ultimate goal is that you absolutely love what arrives on your doorstep. Because I perform thorough quality checks on every piece and provide detailed photos that accurately represent the final product, all sales are considered final.
That said, I want you to be completely happy! If your item arrives with a major manufacturing defect, is incorrect, or was clearly damaged in transit by the postal carrier, I will gladly manufacture and ship a replacement product to make it right!
Please keep in mind that 3D printing is fundamentally a mechanical process, and as a result, minor cosmetic variations or small layer line inconsistencies can naturally occur. Rest assured, I maintain a very high standard for my shop and will strive to never let any item leave my workspace that I wouldn’t proudly buy and display myself.
