3. Tax & Duty-Free Shipping (DDP) to the USA For our customers in the United States, all orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, including all brand boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards.
All original brand tags and security seals must remain attached and intact. If a security seal or tag is removed, the return will be rejected.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Designated Carriers: For security and tracking purposes, returns must be sent via a trackable premium courier service (UPS, FedEx, or DHL). We cannot accept returns sent via national postal services (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Japan Post).
Risk of Loss: We recommend using a shipping service with insurance. DIVINE LUXE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address without prior authorization.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return.
Once authorized, we will provide you with the correct return warehouse address in Europe.
Ship the item and provide us with the tracking number.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Rejected Returns: If the item is found to be used, damaged, or missing tags, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Since our inventory moves quickly, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
