Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

You may return any package/product for a full refund only if the package/product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you would like to return any products/package back to us other than the reason stated above, you will need to return it at your own expense.

We will then inspect the package for any damages, to which if found, will be deducted from your refund.

After we have inspect the package and there are no damages, we will issue a partial refund, which will include the full price of the product minus the shipping cost incurred to send the product to you.
