Renowned marketplace expert and prolific blogger Randy Smythe today called Bonanzle a fresh and easy to use site with the soul of early eBay, and asked what its users think of it? Take a look at the article and submit your thoughts, if you're so inclined!

I totally agree with the article. I just recently joined and already it’s my new favorite place to buy and sell! I am grateful that my search for a real replacement for the “you know who” site is over! Thanks for making it real!
I too am a new user. So far I have only gotten set up and look forward to selling when I return to Florida from Texas, where I have been caring for my son after his near fatal motorcycle accident. I have been selling and buying on “that other site” for ten years and I know first hand how it “USED TO BE”. I can only hope the “soul” continues and Bonanzle continues to be “a fresh and easy to use site with the soul of early eBay”. I know I will be “advertizing” Bonanzle anywhere I can. The “other site” had to start somewhere and maybe Bonanzle will be the one that knocks them down a peg or two.
When I joined in beta, BONANZLE was simply a tenative sprout just barely visible, newly pushed up, but I recognized fertile soil and a tiny seed with joie d’ vie! I could sense strong roots so I weeded, watered, and waited. Well, I’ve called in the bees, I see a blossom on the vine.
I’m just getting started, it looks like the site has a lot of spirit! I’ve been in a chat que on eBay about a Powerseller issue I have. I’ve been over charged. It’s been 23 minutes, I’m going to invite the chat consultant to join Bonanzle!
The word “simple” has been reinvented by Bonanzle! If there is a simpler simple, this site knows how to do it. After years of selling online, Bonanzle has brought back to life a site that creates excitement, and simplicity, rather than drudgery! Great job!
What do I think? I joined in beta too and I think it feels like I’m home. Sure Bonanzle has some growing ‘squeaks and tweaks’ going on. I pray that always continues because those kinds of changes take us all forward and keep the progressive motion headed in the right direction. Blessings on Bill and Mark please don’t ever stop being “hands on” proprietors. Thank you.

So far I like what ive seen, I have yet to sell anything but switching over from ebay was painless so thats a plus!
I just found this site after looking at others as an alternative to eBay where I’ve bought and sold for nearly 11 years. Love the sense of humor, especially the vocabulary lessons. Love the importing from eBay on active items. Is there a way to import unsold items from eBay since I’ve deleted all the pictures of those items off my computer? I’d like to give some of those a try on this site since I could lower the prices. It feels like the early days of internet selling when it was FUN and profitable.
Hi-I HAVE BEEN BUSY BLOGGING ABOUT BONANZLE ON SQUIDOO AND JOINED THE CLUB- DID A DIGG-TWEETER-FLICKER-YAHOO 360-GOOGLE BLOGGER AND AS MANY AS I CAN TO GET THE WORD OUT- NOW I JUST WANT TO SELL~!!
HOLIDAYS ARE COMING UP FAST~!!
This is a great site. I am closing my eBay site shortly. Because The fees are so there. I feel that this site has the right idea by not charging you unless you items sell and no limit of time they can be posted Thanks so much Bonanzle.
I am so confused about the offers…I just had someone offer to buy 7 items and when I selected it it now appears that they have purchased the item without shipping and the other six items are “conflicted” whatever that means. So any ideas or clarification on this and how does one actually have a sale. Peg
I’m a buyer and I’m not real impressed. It’s been nothing but a hassle since I bought 3 photos on my credit card on 5/31/09. Since that time, I can’t get the seller to email me, call me, or anything else. Google Checkout Receipt came in my email but it was lost in another account. The Bonanzle team just keeps telling me how to email the seller, which I’ve done 4 times and called. It is looking like a job for Visa and I really wanted the photos.
