    I like to add a free gift with every purchase, they really don’t cost that much and it shows appreciation to the customer for picking your Booth, I don’t advertise free gifts I love to surprise them, with something to remember me by and come back for more Merchandise.     I agree but you can also help to improve customer service by getting rid of the shops who have alot of negative feedback and tend to rip people off. That’s the one complaint I have seen in all the reviews about Bonanza online is people not getting what they bought on here.I personally have been sharing to all my social media my shop items and also the items of other shops who have a positive feedback rating so I can help directly bring customers to stores where they are guaranteed great and honest customer service here on Bonanza.

    All good information except: if you’re a seller of books, movies or music, more than likely you are using media mail because it is the cheapest shipping for this type of physical property.
    It is strictly forbidden to put anything other than a packing slip inside. No notes and in fact no newspaper, magazines or any other printed word is allowed even for packing. And they do occasionally spot check items by opening the packages.

    Customer service goes two ways. In order to maintain good customer service there has to be rules set up by Bonanza requiring that before a buyer request a return, they must try to establish communication with the seller to express their grievances. If after a true effort from both parties and no meeting of the minds, can a return request be created. Bonanza needs to also establish a mediation process to make sure that there is no unreasonable request or abuse by either parties. Bonanza must be impartial!

    I agree 100% Customer service is very important. I always leave a small thank you note and telling the buyer to enjoy what they bought after the purchase when I add tracking number. I think they like a personalized message with that. I always package my items really good also. I try and treat a customer the way I would like to be treated when I buy something.
