In this case the mail carrier was very delayed in getting this package to the customer in a timely manner. Tracking the package, it seemed to be in a state of limbo for some time and unfortunately did not arrive to the customers address until well after the expected delivery date. So, I can understand why the customer is angry and has given a negative remark. This delay in shipping is not normal. I do not have control of how the shipping service transports their packages. The customer was not satisfied with how the product arrived. The damage likely incurred from the handling of the shipping company. I immediately offered a full refund of her money. This is a very rare instance and have had many positive remarks on previous transactions with other customers as you can see on dates: 10/01, 10/07, 10/08 for example.
