Seller response: I have explained on my profile that some of my discontinued cosmetics are imported from Canada. I am very sorry this buyer was unhappy and I agreed to cancel transaction and refund payment.
Buyer response: I did request you to cancel my order-- a request you never replied to and then proceeded to send the purchase I waited months for. All I've asked for is communication.
