I asked the seller multiple times to refund my money for items not received. I had to report issue to PayPal to get refund. Seller response: Customer reported the package was opened more than 30 days after it was received, clearly an scam to try to obtain an item for free, package was shipped wrapped with tape for a non heavy item package could arrive crushed but not opened in one end after one month
