It took the vendor days to respond to my report of this and they are now refusing to forward my entire order. Unreliable vendor! Seller response: Thank you for your feedback and sorry for your concern. Honesty is very important. We responded IMMEDIATELY to EVERY communication. The TRUTH is that you contacted us 2 days after receiving the package. We asked for photos of the packaging, label and contents, so we could resolve the matter for you rapidly, but you threw out all the packaging, which EVERY shipper requires inspection of, in order to process a claim. You are now also threatening to stop payment, even though you are in possession of our merchandise. We have instructed you on how to receive resolution and hope to resolve the matter with you soon.
