Seller response: Postal Loss beyond my control and no reluctance at all in fact 5 trips to collection office chasing this order not an easy thing to do when on chemo - We always Guarantee all items and their delivery so have refunded in full as soon as requested and having the Post Office follow up on the parcel which is why we have sold over 12,000 items here as we give excellent customer service
