1 star user feedback She lost my package and I gave her ample time to find it and she never found it after almost 2 months she gave me my money back but not without getting hateful with me. She s not a very good business woman and she doesn’t communicate with buyer. Seller response: Package was never lost. Customer purchase was older inventory which took time to locate. Offered immediate refund but buyer wanted us to continue searching for the item. The very next time he contacted us he threatened negative feedback, & we quote “I hate to leave negative feedback but I will if I don’t receive the cutie and my money back”, in an attempt to extort us for both the item & refund. Sorry we don’t cower to people trying to cheat the system in spite of Bonanza’s strict rule against it. So hence the negative because we refunded him but did not also reward him with a free item worth over $50 based on his extortion demand.
